  1. Awe haha, thanks for the birthday wish! That was very nice!

  2. Hey Mark, nice pics of your fish! You've got some sweet critters for sure! And the Royal and Clown look sweet together! Haha. I think he will do great with you! Cheers, Chris
  3. Hey, It looks like the program that runs this board truncates the image location, but if you click it (which it will open in either a separate tab or window) you will see in the address bar the full image location im talking about. Cheers, Chris
  4. Hey, I recently purchased 4 Geos (Acaricthys heckelii) too, so i'll use a quick cell phone shot I grabbed when I got them to explain! To add pics on to here (and most forums) the easiest way will be to add pictures [from your computer] to something like a photobucket account. Then, link the source of the picture (the image code or location which you can obtain from the image properties through a right click and some computers (PC and Mac) will occasionally allow you to simply 'copy image address'. Here is that shot of my Geos: Right click that image (I assume you are using a PC), and find the image address, which you will see is: http://i22.photobuck...14/GeosTest.jpg That code is put between image tags [ i m g ] and [ / i m g ] . (I added spaces to stop the html code from messing them up, but you would create those tags between the [ ] symbols without spaces. The first one 'opens' the code, the second one indicates the end of the image location. So the above code ends up looking like this (without spaces) [ i m g ] http://i22.photobuck...14/GeosTest.jpg [ / i m g ] On photobucket, it shows 4 different links, including the 'pre-made' image one that will usually automatically copy itself when you click it. Then simply copy and paste the pre-made code/link to your post to post it! Hope that helps! Cant wait to see pictures, Cheers, Chris
  5. Wow! Those are some NICE Kelberi! Aha and look at all those big and gorgeous datnoids! Wow! haha.
  6. This guy has a bigger attitude than any parachromis i've owned... lol. He does not back down. He'll continue to colour up eddy... he went from how he looks now to crazy colour in the 112.
  7. Nice! You pick those up from that... 'larger store' in Edmonton? Or did you order them?
  8. Ed look at the blue in that last pic! (and he looks even better in person!) that thing is going to be incredible for you! Woot woot!
  9. ohh sounds exciting! Cant wait for pics! I'd love to get some geos! Cheers, Chris
  10. Eddyyyyyy! Loving these pics you took man! Great job! hes happy in there! I hope this fish does great for you! (PS. This guy is 8.5" long and kept raming in to the eggcrate divider at another fish hence the messed up mouth!)
  11. Sounds sweet Mike! Im excited to see this thing!
  12. Ah awesome! I hear they grow really fast! And wow I didnt realize those fish had been at the store for that long! Haha. They must not have sold too many either. What is your temp at, around 80? I use R/O water only so I have a decent start on water params... I dont know if these regani specifically are black or white water but I presume closer to black conditions is best for spawning. I dont have time to try until I finish my spring course and finish shutting down some of my tanks. Congrats on the spawn! How big are your adults now and the fry?
  13. Oh cool! Did you guys get more than two or just two? I was thinking about getting a small group but im hoping just this pair will be fine together. They seem to be ok with eachother... sometimes they are sitting together and usually are always nearby each other.
  14. Awesome! Did you get some from the same batch? Do you keep any other Creni? I missed out though because I sorta watched them for about a month... there were some nicer ones before but oh well, haha.
