  1. Im jealous that you guys are able to fish shop, the only place that sell fish here, is, well, gross and I refuse to shop there so I only get to buy fish when I go to the city, lol.
  2. Hehe I love his Lego! My tank has a Tardis, LOL.
  3. I came across these and thought of you since they would fit in your space I think, they are expandable as well, I have never tried them but I am considering buying one myself! http://www.amazon.com/pet-supplies/dp/B0056GOO7I
  4. Aquatop filters are rebranded sun sun, amazon carries them, I ordered mine from there and had it in 2 days.
  5. Is it really wise to try and restart a species with so few specimens? Look at the problems that arise in a closed guppy group in just a few generations. It's always sad when something is lost,
  6. I have one of these http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B006K2W4PG/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 in my 45gal corner tank, and since the back is painted black you can't even see the thing! So far (a month) it's been running very well, and it's super quiet. I, personally, will never have a HOB filter again, I have had nothing but problems, one emptied 10gal of water onto the floor, or noise, I hate them, lol. I had a fluval 304 on my old 30gal tank and loved it as well, cleaning was super easy, priming was as well, a very nice filter if you have a place for the canister to sit and I would happily have one again.

    Hello!

I remember it well, lol. My ex and I started with a little 10gal, within 5 months we were up to 5 tanks running and he got a 77gal for Christmas that year lol. My hubby doesn't share my love if fish so it's easier to keep in check...amd a five hour drive to get a fish helps too :P. I forgot to mention that I have a pair of Kribs in my 5gal now as well (thanks big al guy that couldn't sex Kribensis). He got pretty beat up by the other male so I'm hoping t get him back to good health and find them a new home. I had left the female in the 45gal with my other pair, but she was getting pretty beat up by them so I took her out. Next time I head down I'm going to pick up some plants and, if nothing comes from my kijiji add, I want some dwarf rainbow fish or the like for mid level swimmers, and some more tetras to round out my school.

    Hello!

Hey, I started keeping fish about 16-17 years ago, have had tanks off and on since then, the last time I lost a male Krib that I had had for 6ish years and I was heartbroken and just let my tank go . I decided a few weeks ago that it was time to have a new tank, I started with a 5gal that I scavenged from the hotel I worked at, and 2 weeks later bought a 45gal corner tank on kijiji, lol. Now my office is full so those two will have to do! My husband picked me up what was supposed to be a pair of kribs in Edmonton, and instead the guy gave him 3 male kribs (hubby doesnt keep fish and didn't know what he was given) two males killed the third on the drive up, and one of the remaining ones may or may not make it, he is in the 5 gal alone right now. In my 45gal I have 1 male and 2 female Kribs, 3 julii and one panda corys, one harlequin tetra, 2 black neon tetras, 2 glowlight tetras, 2 white cloud minnows and 4 adult guppies and 3 baby guppies. The kribs and the corys I brought in from Edmonton, the rest all came off kijiji, I refuse to shop at the place that sells fish here so I either import them or get them off kijiji.
