  1. Beautiful Hung!! What a nice setup
  2. I have german blue rams with four discus in my 90 gallon, along with cardinal tetras, rummy nose tetras, and peppered corys. The corys have had two batches of babies and my discus paired off and have laid eggs yeah? The plants and driftwood seem to provide lots of hiding places and security.
  3. Congratulations Hung! It is wonderful to have the products and knowledge of the products that you bring! I am also a Shrimp Addict! Megan Fischer
  4. beautiful cannot wait to see it with "a litter of shrimp and leaves"
  5. Great point. I just learned this the hard way. I was checking with a tds pen and did not test gh and kh. My shrimp started dying and I realized that even thought the tds was the same, my kh, gh and ph had changed dramatically.
  6. I hope so too! I am in the process of setting up a sulawesi tank - for white orchid shrimp - and hopefully, cardinals as well. Do you use salty shrimp sulawesi 7.5 or 8.5 to remineralize?
  7. congrats - it must be exciting to see this after overcoming all the challenges.
  8. beautiful plant and beautiful photo! What camera are you using? Did you use a tripod with this picture? Megan
  9. I emjoy the movement of the emerald eye rasboras, ember tetras, and threadfin rainbows in the 40 gallon.
  10. beautiful shrimp and pictures! Silly question, but are you keeping them in their own tank?
  11. Thanks so much for the helpful suggestions. I had rummynose when I had discus and they were a beautiful addition, and their colours seemed to brighten when the water quality was excellent. Is there a particular species of cory that would be successful? I was considering CaribSea torpedo beach substrate and was wondering if THis would support the swords, in addition to root tabs?
  12. Thanks for the great information. Sounds like they are beautiful in looks and behaviour. What types of other fish did you keep with them? I was considering cardinals or rummy nose tetras. Would a 75 or 90 gallon tall be large enough to support 6? I apologize for all the questions, but would like to set up the best possible environment.
  13. Hi Does anyone have experience with Pterophyllum leopoldi? I am planning on setting up a South American biotope for these wild angels and am hoping for recommendations. Thanks Megan
