  1. I was wondering where to get them...........Thanks!
  2. Thanks for the ideas, I'll have to get to work now
  3. I have a 90 gallon tank that isn't in direct sunlight but have noticed a hard green algae on the glass. Does anyone have suggestions to get rid of it?
  4. The cylinder starters are incorporated into a casing for this light. Would an electronics store have this or would I need to order specifically from someone carrying Coralife lights.
  5. So I took the lamp apart and the ballast is in a case that looks like a complete set-up. No single cylinders. I'm thinking I need to replace the entire case. Anyone have an idea where I would replace a Coralife Ballast.
  6. The connections are clean and the bulbs are new. Only used about a month before the blinking started. I don't know much about the lights so can you help me out and let me know what the ballast is and how to replace this?
  7. I have a Cora Life 48 inch fixture with 2 flouresent lights that is about 1.5 years old. It's started randomly blinking. Does anyone know if or how I can fix this?
  8. I'm not lowering with the intention of breeding. I am just concerned with proper water conditions. All other aspects of the water quality are good. I've just been concerned with the ph level. I think I will let this be as the fish are doing well. Thanks for your advice.
  9. I'm struggling to lower the PH in my 90 Gallon. I'm at 7.8 right now which is high because I have discuss in this tank. They seem to be doing well but I know it's better to be lower than this. I'm trying (unsuccessfully) the Neutral PH powder. I'm wondering about peat--where to get it etc. or any other advise from others who do the same thing. I'm on well water and want to do this slowly. Hope someone has some advise!
  10. I've tried smaller angels with my large one and within hours no small ones were left alive. I do think though that it depends on the temperment of the fish.
  11. I agree that you will have to do nothing except wait. I would though be concerned about the other fish in your tank. They will guard their babies with deadly force unless of course there is enough space.
  12. I would keep it to 1 tbsp just because the loaches can be sensitive. Increasing heat with melafix and pimafix will help also. I know the melafix shouldn't cause problems but I'm not sure about the pimafix, I'm sure it's very safe but don't think it's as natural as product and melafix. Good luck!
  13. I have a question about Albino BN and Regular BN. Will and male BN and female Albino BN breed? and if so what would be the result?
  14. Definately Riverfront, I would never be in Calgary without going there!
