    Hi All I'm a relative beginner to keeping fish. I set up a small 5 gallon Betta tank a few months ago and enjoyed it. Shortly after that my dad gave me his old 36 Gallon bow front that I am just now starting to stock. The cave structure I made myself from some natural slate tiles. So far I've stocked with a few Cherry Barbs and just added some Panda Corys. I'm looking forward to finishing stocking the tank over the next while.

    SO, I started a 30 gallon tank 5 days ago, I used rock 1/2 rock from an already established tank and bought a few more live rock pieces from the LFS as well as live sand, I also used about 30% water from the old tank. I have been testing multiple times a day and have 0 for nitrates and nitrites, PH is good and saline is good, I can see feather dusters and the mushrooms looking happy, I can even see bristle stars "sweeping". I didn't add anything to cycle it, do you think I need to? I was thinking of adding 2 clowns tomorrow? too soon? Thanks for the opinions!
