yup it turns out to be a 500 gallon. 88.5''L x 41''W x 31''H

here are pictures of the build

we got a welder to weld it up

with the nailers there is a 2'' screw every one inch of the tank. :D

We added nailers ( 1.5''x1.5'' fir ) to add tons and tons of strength. Also we will not be drilling into the plywood making the over all design stronger

there are a few small things we have to still do, but thats almost it. The glass gets here in 10 days so we have some touch up work and doing the plumbing for the sump.

thanks guys

I am told... that the glass will be here may 15th.

we are lining it with polyurea lining. Not only is that a great idea its like lining it with silicone so there will not be any leaks.
