Urban_Cowboy
very nice tank looks great but i have one question? how do you feed them with all those plants on the surface? if it is a sinking pellet of some sort wont some get stuck in the plants and rot? i have always liked the look of floating plants but that point always throws me off.... soliver
Yes i do feed them with the plants on top. All my fish get 1mm Sinking NLS. With the amount of fish and movement in that tank, the pellets don't stay long at the top. It would all depend on how dense your plants are. You can always move them to the side when you feed or give them a shake when your done. The look is worth the hassle.
jesp
I love the mix of different kinds of cichlid! Haps, Peacocks, Mbuna and different lakes! I think that is the best kind of cichlid tank for sure. So many great colours and different shaped fish. Beautiful.

timbruun
oh I see. I'm hoping to get a similar look with real plants. But we'll see how it goes...
