He passed away some time today I was away from Saturday morning and got back late yesterday but did not check on the fish until this afternoon as I had to be at work at 4 am. I found a kink in the hose on his canister filter that reduced the flow to a trickle. He was quite a character wanting to be hand fed and periodicly lunging at me, and yes it did hurt when he bit.
