AvianAquatics
Yeah, Rotala needs REALLY strong light. Mine are in a 5.2 and 4.6 wpg, with Co2 and I still don't think it's doing too great. The corners look a little dark so I think you'll have problems with this plant. How about Rotala Rotundifolia instead? I'll grow in lower light with no Co2 than wallachi and will turn pink/red toward the light. And check this page out for red plants: http://www.tropica.com/plants/plant-list-a-z.aspx
jvision
FYI, Cabomba is notorious for being difficult in warm tanks - it really is a cool water species. Limnophila sessaflora has a similar leaf-shape and does better in warm tanks; however, it does not get red like Cabomba. There is an Hygrophilla polysperma 'sunset' which gets leaves with a pinkish hue (and, you can get your fingers out if you run them thru! ) - if you like the shape of Hygro. poly, but want some color, it's a way to go. Nautre's Corner frequently gets some in. I still say find a Red Tiger Lotus. You won't be dissapointed!
