biodives
Hi Ian, What are the things above the tank. Shading/reflectors for the lights? and what lights are you using? They look rather potent.
Ian
Lol. It's just coragated plastic to block the leds from blinding me while on the couch. The light is a GHL Mitras 6200hv. I had it left from when I was running saltwater and figured mise well use it. I have it set to about 8000k and running 40% on high efficiency mode. biodives
Haha, the product info states "... water temperature-dependent downward control: light is dimmed if water gets too warm." So must be a very powerful and smart light indeed.

This is the light I'm using, I do not belive it senses the temp.https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/products/ghl-illumination/led-illumination/ I have contemplated about buying the led modules for the 6000lx which is focused for planted use.
