kDodman
Any of you use a reef controller? What features do you like and dislike or wish it had? I'm in the proccess of building one with an Arduino and would love some input. Right now what I can do is -full color 1.6" LCD display (decided not to go with 3" touch screen due to wet fingers alot) -push button control for lcd menus -net connected for control and real time info from anywhere with internet access -control upto 16 power outlets On or Off -schedule when those power outlets turn on and off -monitor temperature, ambient and water temp -feed mode (turns off return pump for 5 minutes) or turns off powerheads and return pump if needed -auto topoff with varius float switches -RGB light control (so you can have full control over light color) -PH monitor not sure what other probes to add, is ORB or conductivity worth it? and some of the features I plan to add are -wavemaker -storm mode -clouds -moon phases -even thinking about doing real time weather simulations based on Fiji weather, well just clouds and storms really
