Think I Am Good To Add Fish?

SO, I started a 30 gallon tank 5 days ago, I used rock 1/2 rock from an already established tank and bought a few more live rock pieces from the LFS as well as live sand, I also used about 30% water from the old tank. I have been testing multiple times a day and have 0 for nitrates and nitrites, PH is good and saline is good, I can see feather dusters and the mushrooms looking happy, I can even see bristle stars "sweeping". I didn't add anything to cycle it, do you think I need to? I was thinking of adding 2 clowns tomorrow? too soon? Thanks for the opinions!

Do you think I should add some cycle stuff? or some thing to dirty up the water? (shrimp, food?) I feel like I should be feeding my tank something so the bacteria doesn't die? I am a chicken to, my brother who gifted me the tank and set up says to do it and he has a 180 sw tank. I will wait till monday for sure, and longer if anything changes in my numbers, but any opionions on "feeding" the tank?

When I did my salt tank I took it slow. I think it was close to a month before I added any fish and it worked pretty well. After that I added a clown and a bi-colour damsel. Gave that a couple of months and added some more fish and inverts. I noticed after I added the first couple of fish the tank cycled and went through a short algae bloom, once that passed the tank was pretty robust and could handle any new additions with ease. But I think a slower start will yield greater returns in the long run.

wait wait wait...do not rush a sw tank! After a year it is still a baby of a tank. Adding fish after a just a few days is not recommended. Way too soon. Let it sit for a full month.
