Slough Shark Posted August 27, 2007 Report Share Posted August 27, 2007 My Leaffish is not an African leaffish (Polycentropsis abbreviata) but in fact, a Malayan Leaffish (Nandus nebulosus)!!! I was browsing images of fish from Borneo, mainly Loaches and Bettas, but I stumpled upon a pic of a "Malayan or Borneo Leaffish" and I knew it was mine. I also thought it wierd when I looked at pics of P. abbreviata and saw the Anal Finnage was quite differrent, also the camoulflage was a bit off. Strange that two fish species, continents apart can look so similar!! But I feel very satisfied that I ID my fish myself!! Taylor Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
