Thanks for the welcome. I have been keeping fish for the last 2 years or so. Mostly community fish and livebearers. I've dabbled in killies and apistos briefly as well. I've heard Calgary water is hard so I might try a Mbuna tank. I've been wanting some P. saulosi for a while now.

Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I am currently in Vancouver (well, Burnaby actually) but will soon be moving to Calgary. The move will probably be in a couple of months so I'm just getting everything figured out. I'll be selling most of my tanks and only keeping the two newer ones, a 10G and a 29G. Will also be bringing a 48G terrarium. I didn't want the stress of transporting multiple glass tanks so I will just buy one bigger one once I get settled. Still thinking about what kind of fish I want to keep after the move. Can anyone tell me the tap water parameters in Calgary? That will help me narrow it down. Thanks!
