I'm considering getting a pair of Electric Blue Jack Dempseys but I don't know a lot of about their needs. Do they have the same requirements as a regular Jack Dempsey? I've heard some say they remain smaller; is that correct? Also what size of tank do they need?

The "electricblue" strain of jd's are not nearly as hardy as a regular jd.

as well, a pair of ebjd would need a minimum of 75 gallon.

well, coming down the stairs, There was a 8th of a inch ( yes a 8th of a inch) on each side, not even enough for fingers. So having two handles on each side made moving a hell of a lot easier :thumbs:

The tank is 2/3 full with 2 wild oscars and 2 motoro pups. Are you going to stop buy and see the tank hybrid?

I've seen pics of people with rays jammed in a 75's with many fish and sem to leave them alone.

my rays never bothered TARPON'S or TIGRINUS or HAMPALA"S..

I'd be more concerned about your oscars picking at the rays!!
