The pin holes mean that could be it but it also looks like mottled leaves which is a nitrogen deficiency. What type of fertilizer regime do you have?

My tank is 75Gal, 24" deep, completed with 6x39W T5 HO light. CO2 @ 30 ppm

I started dry fertilizer about a month with dosing as below:

1. Im dosing 5ml daily of Macro Micro Nutrient (MMN) Mix bought from aquariumFertilizer. The MMN formula included KNO3, K2SO4, MgSO4 and CSM+B. I mixed 1/4 cup of MMN with 500ml of water.

2. I'm also dosing 5ml of KH2PO4 every second day. I mixed 25g of KH2PO4 in 500ml of water.

3. 30% Water change every week.

I've attached the photo of the loss leaves from my tank. What is the nutrient deficiencies that you think?

Look like posstasium deficiencies.
