Hi Guys!

Well I am new to this forum so I will tell a little about me. I am a 30+ Federal Employee so I often am a gamer and Sometimes a traveler to get the stress out. I have a disability that sometimes has me home for several days at a time. I have 3 Aquariums and a "Hospital" tank for isolation and sick fishes. My First Aquarium was a 4 Gallon full of sword fish when I was about 7. I grew up around animals so it has been very hard not having dogs or cats around because I married a person with severe allergies. Then the Fish started . I have a 60, 75 and 280 Gallon All fresh water tanks. I currently have a planted small community upstairs with Guppies and such. Then There is a Discus tank and they have started laying eggs ( Which I suspect my trumptet snails or my breeders are eating. Then there is a 280 ish Gallon Rectangular tank full of all kinds of Chiclids. Some of which we have had for 7 years or more. My Oscar is losing his sight he is so old but with help ( Lucifer )he survives nicely. He is still able to see distance and can see shadows up close I think he lost just his close sight as you could likely grab him if he wasn't paying attention. He's about 6 ish we think and came from a Petland when I broke my leg and he managed to keep my spirits up when he was small so I can't get rid of him. I owe it too him to help him out too. Other than that I have convicts and Yellows in there as well as an electric blue and Venustus. The tanks all seem quite healthy but I have had many drama's and illnesses along the way. I am hoping I can help others with knowledge and tricks I have learned along the way.
