Anyone know of the best place to get a 55 gallon stand? Dimensions are 48 inches long, 13 deep and 20 high.
I've been trying to find one that has a lip around all the edges about and inch or two tall for a little added stability. Though I have accepted that I'll never find anything like that. I'd like something that looks decent enough to be in my living room, light coloured wood. The best price I could find was around 250$ at Pisces. I've yet to check Gold's or Riverfront however.
I'm also considering building my own stand, but don't have much experience building things, so would be better off purchasing one.
Are there usually some decent stands available at the Calgary Aquarium Society auctions?
Or does anyone on here in the Calgary area have a stand of suitable dimensions for sale or trade? (Trade for non-aquarium items, I have nothing of value)
I might be willing to travel as far as Edmonton or Lethbridge.
