Hey Dominic, I am about to start a project building a foam rock wall for a 120 gallon reef tankand I was planing on extending the back wall out 4 inches from the back corners on each side to have a hidden area for the sump intake and return. For the intake I was hoping to design it as a spill over style and for the return have a couple of PVC tubes hidden in different levels to allow the water out in different zones. Would You think this would provide adequate flow? I will be using my old 40 gallon long as the sump but I'm still not sure on the design I'll be using. Any links to a decent sump/fugue layout plan?
