  1. Up your school of pygmy corys to 10+ much happier in large schools. Not sure if a 10G is big enough for 2 dwarf gouramis as should really be a trio. How about 10 sparkling gouramis and 10 pygmy corys for your 10G ?

    Sounds good. Know

    Where to

    Find any of them?

  2. Hey all,

So I've been thinking on my 10 gal and what to put in it. I want your opinion on it.

All right, I want to put in a pair of Dwarf Gourami. In there, I think that would be a great selection. But I sorta want to have more in there as well. No going off a website: http://www.theaquariumwiki.com/Stocking_a_10_Gallon_Tank

    Stocking Ideas

1 Male Honey Gourami, 6 Dwarf Rasboras, 4 Venezuelan Pygmy CorysIf you fancy some of the community fish suggested above, here are some ideas of what and how many you can keep together. Remember that any tank must be cycled before the addition of any fish.

My thought was I could get the two Dwarf Gourami, and a couple pygmy corys for bottom feeders.

    Whats your thoughts? any suggestions?

  3. I currently have a 2.5 Betta Bow tank, with of course a Betta fish.
I did a water change today, and noticed a lot of floaters, floating around in there. trying to think of a clean up crew for that small of tank. I wish I could upgrade, but the GF wont let me for a bit

  4. I keep getting this Error at the top of the Page, Both on Mobile and Laptop Browsing

  5. Definitely need some WATER!!

I read somewhere water is definitely required

For plants. Opinions will very on depth of substrate and type of substrate. Lots of plant gurus on here.

Fish will vary on what you like and size of tank.

MTS will hit at some point ..you have been warned. I started with a 36 gallon bow...now got around 1000gallons of water in 9 tanks.

    lol!

Okay what is the best Substrate?

Its a 10 gallon I will be buying.

    Fish/tanks are like potato chips....

  6. Hello,

I'm going to be buying a bare bones aquarium at the end of the month. And I'm wanting to look into other equipment to go with it. I know it depends on what I want to put in there. which I don't quite know yet. So far Plants. I know I will be having Fish.

    What do you guys suggest.

  7. I have a dumb Betta question. Currently my Betta is in a 2L tank (Yes its to small and he will be moved soon), I do a water change every other day. But I found these bubbles on the top in the corner of the tank. I'm thinking it was a bubble nest. Is it common for a male betta to do that without a mate?

  8. Hello

I'm wolfbird from Sylvan Lake. I was giving a little tank which I have a Betta in. I'll be upgrading to a 10gal soon. Im looking to increase my knowledge on plants and other fish that would work with my Mr.Storm. I'm an open book, and love to learn. I'm looking forward to this great site/Forum!
