Rainmaker69
This is probably kinda dumb, but I have to ask anyways. Is there any use for the salt that I get on my tank from salt creep?
2manytanks
I could use some on my driveway right now. I've read lots of people suggest just flicking it back in the tank. But I prefer not to - dog and cat hair, dust etc.
Rainmaker69
Thanks for that. I kind of thought that the essential minerals in the salt would be gone and that it would have no other use. I never thought about dust, etc. Using it as a snow melter is a great idea, though. BlkWolfe
If im energetic, just throw it away. If I'm feeling lazy, which is more often than not, back into the tank it goes.
Picasso Trigger
yeah that stuf is kinda gross -01- so i dont like to touch it so i use a stick and flick it back in the tank and best yet i dont have to worry about getting contanimants in my tank because i have all my filtration and stuff like that in the sump under the tank and no pets other than my wet friends
