Northranger
I saw this article, with photos claiming it works so well, so thought I'd pass it along for your consideration. "How To Eliminate Aiptasia Anemones with Lemon Juice" from About.com Saltwater Aquariums From Stan & Debbie Hauter, The link: http://images.google.ca/imgres?imgurl=http...l%3Den%26sa%3DN I got there after I looked at: http://saltaquarium.about.com/cs/msubpesta...nvaipduster.htm
Michael Roth
A couple of years ago I had a massive aiptasia outbreak in my bowfront, and I was alllll about the 'natural' approach, aiptasia eating shrimps, copperbanded butterfly fish (nice looking fish by the way) ...but nothing was effective as a turkey baster full of screaming hot water. Spray on anemone, it dies immediately, and suck it up in the baster for removal.

Parachromis1
the only thing that actually works is a copperband butterfly. hydrogen peroxide is supposed to work but it doesnt. neither does lemon juice or vinegar. and vinegar can just screw with your corals IMO. bosshog
I didn't have much luck with vinegar or lemon juice. A couple peppermint shrimp cleaned them out, haven't seen on in almost 5 months. Joe's juice, or kalkwasser are supposed to work also.
