3 watt LED

I just had to show some pictures of the some of the new LED lights I bought. This is a 3 watt LED light in a waterproof housing. I am amazed at how bright it is compared to the low light output LED I have been playing with. You can buy the same light without the housing and magnifying lens and they are about the size of a quarter. It will be brighter once I get the voltage up to a full 12 volts.

I have been having fun with these LED lights. I have been sticking them all over on my aquariums and quad. They look good and since I use it at night a lot, they also help for me to see what I am doing. The 3 watt high powered LED is going to be my backup light on my quad.
