SerLunchbox
Hey all, just wondering if anyone happens to know if there are any Calgary/Canadian importers for rare rainbowfish? I am mostly looking for Pseudomugil Gertrudae (i know ... rare and expensive) but i am just looking right now.

SerLunchbox
Pseudomugil Gertrudae - according to toirtis, in 10 years he has never seen these. You don't see a lot of the more "specialty" rainbows here. I see them in the states but only a few places online carries them and at that point, no US retailer will sell them to me
DJay
Dad's fishroom in Edmonton has had them a number of times in the past year or so. Big Al's Edmonton also had them once about 3 months ago. They were about $8 each. I have bred Pseudomugil furcatus (easy to breed), P. tennelus (less easy) and have kept P. signifer as well (I found them much tougher to keep never mind breed). I believe Big Al's Edmonton has a few P. furcatus left right now. DJay
