These Black Worm cubes have two natural colour enhancers added. The first is astaxanthin. There are many different natural and synthetic sources that astaxanthin can be derived from however I am pleased to be able to say that the powder we use is comes from Haematococcus pluvialis, a type of micro algae. Astaxanthin is a powerful red/orange colour enhancer. The second colour enhancer is spirulina which is a natural colour enhancer derived from blue-green algae.
