Satanoperca leucosticta are nice.
-
The spangling on their face, was it in the shape of dots or more like lines?
-
I'am no african expert, but wouldn't most Neolamps like the brichardi be alittle too aggresive for the Tropheus?
-
There has been numerous disturbances on the forum lately, but we are all working on getting them resolved.
If you have any problems with anything please send on of the staff a P.M. and we will look into the problem. What ever it may be.
Murminator:
Thankyou for the kind words.
It nice to hear those from time to time.

I would like to announce that since the the current Admin here are all extremely busy, and are having a very hard time keeping up with the day to day running of the site.
I'am pleased to be bumping up Nick *Sam Chicklets* as a Admin to help with things around here.
Nick has shown through his postings and general helpfulness to be a natural for this position.
Please give him some time to get used to all the infinite power and and increased male enhancement that comes with being a Admin.
Thankyou everyone,
Jay.

convits are territoryal, you could try your luck with a 20 gallon but i would not recamend it. 15 to 20 gallons for a male and 10 for a female, also when you have convicts all you need to have convict fry is just add water -roll-
What is a "convit" and what does the word "territoryal" meen?
-
Yes a 20g is big enough for them, and your other fish should take care of the Convict fry.
-
What are the diamensions of those tanks?
-
male is definitely green terror.
the little uglier one almost seems to be a type of amphilophous species.
possibly zaliosum?
uhh i would have to say impressive fish.
i want that big GT
Quinn
I agree with Quinn.
The larger one is definitely a male Green Terror and the second one is too hard to tell.
-
I don't know where to get that stuff, But i do work at Dow.
I'll check around the site to see if i can find any for you.
-
Mabey you guys should save this enlightened conversation to the P.M. service.
Especialy since one of you is on thin ice as it is.
-
I believe i tried doing that before, but ran into some problems.
Once i get some free time i'll try and see if i can make it work, with out making it look too messed up.

isn't it grammode's'? or are both kosher?
either way, 'grammodesezis' is a sweet word.
No as far as i know it is Grammode, but you are right grammodesezis is a sweet word.
We have to start using that in some sentences.
EG: Man that RollerDerby on the weekend was so grammodesezis, Didn't you think so Skinless?

If that is the case i would assume BadAls would have the better price.

I don't know how long the bacteria can survive out of a tan kwithout food.
For your best chances keep the sponges moist but not submerged in water(you want good O2 exchange) and try to keep them warm(dont' leave them in the car all day).
Good point. I do not drive to work, and thus do not have a car to leave them in, but I'll tell him not to put them in his.
I'am not a PHD or anything, but in my opinion with out water movement and alittle heat of some sort the bacteria will die.
Just tell him to rinse his media in the old water when he does a water change.
That way the media will get clean, but still keep the bacteria alive.

Sam Chicklets tank is perdy nice.
I would follow some of his suggestions and i bet you'll get what you want.

There used to be a place in your control panel to switch it.
Look around in there and if you cant find it and are still that bothered by it, Send me a P.M. and i'll switch it for you.

So your tank had a catastrophic meltdown for some reason, but it's all back to normal after 2 days?
Have you tested your water when you had the meltdown, or after?
