thanks, I actually like the male more, he is soooo colorfull and massive, the female looks good under limelight but the male just hates the camera.

it happens, usualy its stress, sometimes its just normal pigment

keyhole cichlids would be an interesting choice, fairly easy to breed and not near as common as convicts, you might even be able to sell some of the the fry to some shops.

yea they sure are awesome. one of my little buggers is picking fights with everything else including the dovii twice his size. I just cant wait for the trimacs

thats normal for cichlids, they are testing out thier strength by locking jaws and pushing/pulling

where did you get the festae? that midas is so cool looking, how big is he>

I wanted the "super turquoise *something* crowntail "pair, the butterfly pleco, the glass top, the hongsloi and the silver saums. so I got about half of what I wanted which is good, but soon I will have it all :ph43r: good job tortis, even lax champ couldnt babble that long that expensive pleco was a striped royal, I also had my eye on it.

no its all mixed up, unfortunatly there where a bunch of bags with big cichlids that where the last 3 tables to be auctioned, at that point they would have been sitting in the bag for 6 hours with people poking at them, it still isnt done yet. I got a free bag of gts as compensation when we went back to pick up my mom, not as nice but still very good, thankyou so much if you are reading this whoever you are. I also got some very nice apistos. btw where where the tripple reds?

ill deffinently be there, im gonna bring the last of my festae fry which will probably be the only neo cichlids other than convicts and angels and those apisto . should be loads of fun, I hope there are lots of lots, im gonna be looking at those tripple reds so ya better watch your back :guns: and anyway who of you has the heart to outbid a youngen. so who is all going and what are you bringing?

I spawned them twice, I still have about 7 fry left from the first one.
