I have a group of 9 adults. I believe 4 female and 5 male.
I rasied them from small. It took me over 5 years to get the 1st spawn.
I don't do any spawning stimilation. I guess they will do it when they are ready.
Finding interest on here for future homes and breeders won't be hard at all. Very nice work. How many adults do you have? Any problems getting them to pair up? Do they prefer certain conditioning and environment?

Some plecos are hard to breed but some are easy. Zebra is not very hard. It just takes time.
When they feel comfortable, they will breed.
Most Plecos con't do well with african. Plecos can't compete food with african.

Thanks everyone.
I'll try to breed more to sell.

Hi Red Dragon,
Would you mind telling me where did you buy it and price?
I just killed the one I had and want to get another one.
Yes, Peacock bass is very nervous unless there are lots of tankmates.
Thanks
I just bought 4 peacock bass last week..there about 1 1/2 in long and eatin mysis shrimp..........but they are very scared. always hiding unless presented with food.does anyone have some experience with these..........?...should I be expecting them to be skidish till they are much larger and older?
does any one have experience with peacockbass and redtails cats together? the bass are way too small to be introduced with the redtail but eventually I want them to mix.
thanks
