If its displaced, just replace the pane. It's not worth the hassle of patching it and seeing if it even works. WHAT if it works only temporary? Then you'll have a bigger problem on your hands.

How To Make a Decorative Pond Fish Ready?
Parachromis1 replied to NomiDemekin's topic in Ponds (indoor-outdoor)
Just put a filter on it, don't try and winter the fish. It'll cost you $200 a month in power -
I'd use a new bottom panel.

Is the crack lined up with the bulkhead? If so uh oh.
-
Remember when you do your plumbing to put in couplers and union valves, that way you can take everything apart with ease. ( I plumb tanks for AI)

The scaling pattern is very different. I think Panda sent me a purple instead of a green to be honest!

I love the second last picture there, it looks a lot like my green.

pics updated 90 gallon cylender tank
Parachromis1 replied to dayrude1981's topic in Freshwater Photography
Those Fenestratus are nice fish! Where'd you get a cylindrical tank? They're expensive as hell! -
I've seen self sustaining tanks. My dentists office had a 6x? pretty large tank that was planted to the hilt, had no lights, one canister filter and some small africans in it. It was dirty as hell but the tank itself seemed to be self sustaining, as when I went in there I asked "when are you gonna clean it?" They always said one day lol.

Might buy Aquarium Enthusiasts
Parachromis1 replied to trevorich's topic in General Aquaria Discussion
You have to remember the market crashed too.....I'd stock basic stuff, mostly saltwater as well. I work at Aquarium Illusions and we have BIG spenders come in there all the time for good saltwater stuff, and you can't beat our stock....Imo you need stuff that sells very quickly and a few more expensive items for people with deeep pockets to come in and pick up a couple pricy things. I also wouldn't stock "the best" aquarium supplies, that's what Marine Aquaria is around for. There aren't that many people willing to buy expensive equipment when you can get it ordered online for a lot cheaper, including shipping. -
Nice fish, my Green would eat it though
-
Looks good! You chose well choosing a Concept tank

Vieja Argentea. Nice fish, get pretty big and very flashy. Also quite the agressive fish too.
-
There is no such thing as H. Argentea. If you show me a picture of it I'll identify it.

Thanks man, I'll be pulling it apart this week to move it. I love matala in my sump, I have 4 square feet of it and it works very well. I will probably get more of it for my sump!

Looking for advice on stand repair/replacement
Parachromis1 replied to T Dawg's topic in General Aquaria Discussion
IMO buy a new stand, and empty your tank. Set it up on the new stand. Particle board is dangerous lol. -
