Just gauging interest in my BLue Snakeskin Breeding Pair. This is the last batch i want to get out of them. So i am thinking they will go up for sale. Just too much work to keep the PH just right when they breed. and i am finding myself having less and less time. What do you think they are worth. Be honest. Whos interested. They are fully developed and very nicely colored. Look for some pioctures i have posted of them. Site Cleanup, I have noticed that while cruising around the site and seeing ppl's profiles, that there is a ton of members on here that have't visited the site since back in 2004 til 2006 etc..... On our sportbike website we cleanup inactive users once a year to make room for new ppl and just plain clean up the site. Just a suggestion to the mods, any feedback would be great. Thank you.

Just thought i would give it a shot, so i went out and bought a bunch of plants for my 38. They arent arranged the way i would like yet but it does the job. there is 16 OB Peacock fry in there along with 10 Ghost shrimp. the shrimp are creepy but they do the job.

didnt make it, but i still have 2 more and they are actually quite happy and very healthy.

Looking at a planted tank for Discus. Would like to know of different set ups as well as different plants that can tolerate high heat. is there a place i can search for different discus planted tank set ups.? thank you in advance

Just a little tidbit, i came home today to my 2 golden discus eating the top of my largest stingray. The stingray now has a hole in the top of its head. what should i do. put it out of its misery or hospital it. i am not sure what to do here. And the discus are always eating until they look like a fat plank of wood. any suggestions?

Mladins Crash

So i got to go to my first SBK race in Utah. what an adventure that was. SO FAST SO LOUD. It was sick, i loved every minute of it. But one thing i could do without is those pieces of crap we like to call americans. sorry if that offends anyone if it has i will re-edit and remove that part. I just returned from a 3 day trek in the states, but i had a friend feeding my discus. When i got home last night all the discus had lost color and werent eating properly. But for some reason i sat at my 230 for about 15 minutes, and they seemed to liven up and gain color. I woke up this morning and they have regained full color and are swimming and eating like mad. Could it be a possibility that the single discus is lonely? It seemed like when mine were like that they prob missed me and felt neglected. This mihgt be a possible outcome. for you. Sorry just my 2 cents.

Time for another 100 Gallon water change afterwork. If your going to stop by Big Al's can you grab another thing of filter floss too lol. thanks babe

its gone. RIP. There is black moon sand in the tank, and she was eating well. blood worms, shrimp, squid. Always swimming around. I will have to do some more research into why and how. but for now im down to 3. all good thanks though.

My g/f and i cant figure out whats wrong its the only one that it seems to be affecting in the tank. It cant really swim and the disc is curling up. Water parameters are perfect. vid is attached for easy info and i can explain less. PLEASE HELP.....i dont want to lose this one she is my favorite one.

so they ate the eggs no biggy lol as for the parameters nitrate 0 nitrite 0 hardness 150 - 200 chlorine 0 alkalinity 120 ish PH 6.3 - 6.8 water is at 87F

So my snakeskins are laying eggs again. DING DING. round 2. The first batch didnt work, hopefully the second batch will. Anyone have any suggestions for helping it along? some pics
