Hi I don't know if anyone can help me but my fish tank is always foggy and I have tryed cleaning it cleaning all the filtters and still its foggy any sugestions?

I have had my tank for 3 months know and I have 8 cichlid and I would like to know how to tell if they are male and female here is a list of the fish I have red jewel jack dempsey green terror texas jaguar salvini The red jewel is the one i would realy like to know thank you
