Do guppys need places to hide in order to give birth or areas of seclusision as i cannot figure out how or why they have not dropped yet they have been pregnant for 2 months or so and yet not a single fry???

Ah another edmontonian I am 17 by the way I wish I could have a tank bigger then 10 gallons but meh Its ok.

Well as you all know I am new here and I need to know where i can get some screw in flouresent lights I went to petcetera and they had them for sale for about 15.99 a piece :grr: :grr: any whoo I would rather pay a lot less any suggestions.

wow another question came to mind when will the right time be when there gonna give birth. honestly they have been in my tank pregnant for 3-4 weeks now and i bought them pregnant. when were and how many. :shock:

would a 2.5 gallon work ?

I got 3 pregnant guppys and no home to go to for the fry. If they live but I need help as in my 10 gallon there is simply no room for all the fry and a ammonia spike is not pleasant. what to do i have not other tanks.

I thought there were no clubs or anything in edmonton or alberta but low and behold i found the edmonton aquarium club and they had a link with this forum. had to join So can anyone give me a idea of what goes on with the group.

For christmas i was browsing a petcetera flyer when It poped up a petcetera brand 10 gallon for 50 dollars everything included except heater and air pump so i picked it up and bought 4 neons 6 zebra danios 2 corydoras the neons died the zebras died the corys where fine but i learnt what cyling was the hard way.

Hi i am new here and have got 4 months exprience and I live in Edmonton in eastern millwoods near J percy page High school. I am 17 years of age and I love my tank its 10 gallons with 4 guppys 2 darwf frogs and 4 darwf corydoras. my guppys consist of 3 females and 1 male bought at big als the 3 females are pregnant and i do not know when thay will release i have bought Java moss for the fry to hide in when the time comes that there released and i keep the water clean for em.
