basic hardware includes tank, skimmer, lights, filters, pumps. livestock includes live rocks, sand, and a couple of months for water to be ready. and everything else is just waiting and having fun. -
it would work, you just have to wait for things to grow on it.

anything rated for that size would work as long as you don't have alot or big fish.
