What would you like to keep in the future? When I started my first tank I just had compact fluorescents and inevitably I fell in love with SPS and had to upgrade my lights. I would suggest something stronger than what you have. T5's with individual reflectors are also great. That way you can save money in the long run if you decide to keep corals that require stronger lighting. :thumbs:

Hello everyone, I am new to Calgary. Just got here at the end of August. I had to unfortunately tear down my beautiful set-up I had in Toronto. I will be only here until July but am really itching to get another reef setup started. I go to Mount Royal University and they only allow 10G setups which is really small. I was thinking more like a 20L. I'm on a limited budget as a student and not sure if I should even start a tank due to my short stay. What do you guys suggest I do? Wais
