wonder bread guy

I'm fairly new to the fish scene and have two tanks running. I do water changes every week or every second week. Is this too much or do I have to be more specific on when i do them?? I usually do about a 10 to 15% water change. I also have been using "Cycle" is this effective or is it a waste of my money?

I recently added a clown loach in my tank about 10 days ago. At first he was out swimming and eating all the time. But recently I haven't seen him out he is always inside a castle that is almost fully enclosed. In my tank with him are a rainbow shark, 6 rainbow fish, 2 zebra loaches, and a gourami Does anyone know way he is hiding all the time??

First a 55 gallon with the following fish 2 Red Rainbowfish 2 Bleheri Rainbowfish 2 Australian Rainbowfish 1 Clown Loach 1 Rainbow Shark 1 Dwarf Flame Gourami 1 Common Pleco the other... a 30 Gallon with 3 Neon Tetra's 2 Red Rams 2 Kuhli Loaches 2 Glowlight Tetra's 2 Albino Corydora"s 1 Swordtail 1 Dwarf African Frog 1 Common Pleco Hoping that this site will help me with any questions that i may have in the future and also to meet other cool fish junkies like me!! lol
