I have had t5 in a couple of tanks and i thought they held me back on getting sps if you ever want to get sps i would go with metal halide.

I read that is not good to feed mantis shrimp freshwatefish. i have a 4 inch long peacock and I feed it frozen krill and when people bring in unwanted hitchhiker crabs to the lfs i bring them home and feed them to it.
