Ya really looking for the pool filter sand or play sand white, i seen a nasty color of play sand at home depot, but gross, so please if anyone knows let me know.

Hey, im looking for some sand for my tank, i heard the pool filter sand was the way to go, i want the VERY white, soft feeling sand, play sand doesnt cut it for me. Does anyone know where to get some in edmonton? I live in north edmonton, i went to Home Depot, Rona, Canadian Tire and alot of little other places and nothing, if anyone knows where i can go please let me know, i need like 80LB of it Thanks so much!

Ya all i meant was to find out some cool fish, exotic as in like, eels, gars, rays, stuff like that ya know, not the stuff ya see everyday Cant really see anything for the central place, googled it. But ya didnt mean revies, just cool places to check out with some of the cooler fish haha Thanks

Ya damn, was all the way on the southside at Big Als getting some stuff, ended up buying 2 there for like 25$ was right there so i had too Should of not been so impatient lol

Awesome, i'll check it out forsure how long do you usually keep yours on for? 24/7, once the lights come on you can't see the LED light, they run off a DC adapter and use very little power, I figured it wasn't worth setting up a timer for. Hmmm that is true, would save me like an extra 20$ for the light timers lol

Hey hows it goin, My names Evan, i have a 60Gal Tank with an Australian Blue Lobster and some other fishies, i LOVE my Lobster, she is very aggressive but very entertaining, she seems to have a pretty cool personality and shes about to molt again(This will be her 5'th molt while in my care) I was relieved when i found this site, as i have been on some other fish sites, but this one seems to have alot of Edmontonians so that helps when talking about petstores around here etc Anyways, Thanks for having me!

Hey hows it going, I been lookin around for some moonlights i can put on my tank for night time viewing, but they seem to be pretty expensive, does anyone know a good place to get some? I have a 60Gal tank that is 4' long so i have 2 lids and not one long one. Ohya and in Edmonton, Thanks!
