  1. LOL.

Mate, this info is years and years and years old.  This ain't my tweak or info.  At the time that person who created this hack, this info was all the rage and very popular.  TImes change, peoples attitude change but information is always information.  A couple years back this info was specifically requested by another member, I spent my OWN time tracking things down for them...searched...contacted the author, asked for permission to repost and put this post together.

How I roll is to give info to people, if people don't like it that is their business.  Free country I tho.

  2. tonnes of info on the net.  use Uncle Google with the keywords "Alberta scorpion".

    http://www.thecanadianencyclopedia.ca/en/article/scorpion/

the northern or boreal scorpion (family Vaejovidae, Paruroctonus boreus) is the only species that occurs in Canada (southern Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia). It is about 5 cm long and has a 2-year life cycle.

    hope that helps

  3. I'm confused as to how Pisces is a big box pet store. Are they not still locally owned and operated?

Not needed to have locations right across Canada for them to act like they are. They are in fact the largest pet store in Calgary in my opinion. This isn't a prop for them as they at times give horrible advice however that advice more that not is 'more' correct than petlands or petsmarts.

Petlands and Petsmarts are clones of the same product...to me in Calgary there is one petland and one petsmart also one Pisces. Again I'm not a huge fan of them but they are the best show in town for choice.
