I. Have recently set up a 55 gallon tank with some red cherry shrimp. I put some guppies in with them but don't think I will leave them there. As I don't want adult guppies picking off my baby rcs. Was wondering whjat others have had luck with keepig in with their red cherry shrimp

Thanks for all the welcomes. I have recently decided to sell off all my saltwater and set up another 125 for fresh. I have 7 wild kipili frontosa coming early aug . Now trying to get my hands on some nice malawi cichlids for the 125. Lol and looking for a grow out tank for Frontosa fry.

Hello everyone, I am not from alberta but here in saskatchewan it sometimes seems hard to find anything I am looking for. So I thought I would join here and maybe have a better selection and hopefully make some new friends along the way. Well I guess I will tell a little about my addiction lol. I am 28 and have had my own fish since I was about 5. My wife thinks I have a problem and I probably do but also tell her I could have a worse addition than fish. I down sized last summer from 1700 gallons of freshwater tanks to a 180 saltwater tank.(due to new addition in the family, so lost fish room) I had several wild groups of cichlids. Mostly from lake tang and some from malawi. This spring I was at my parents house and was checking on my some of my old frontosa fry that I gave to my dad last spring and bam I was hooked again. Within a week I had set up another 180 and 2 55 gallon tanks so when I find my fish I am ready lol. Till then I am housing the guys fish I bought the 180 from till fall cause he is down sizing and moving. Thanks for reading Ryan
