  1. While I'm not fimiliar with the common name of "dwarf green pike", I do have some experience with C. regani and C. compressiceps. Do you know the species of your pikes? And are they wild-caught?
  2. Many severum males (except for some of those weird line-bred types) have squiggles over their faces and gill plates. A clear face is likely female. Some people say that you can tell by face shape (females have pointier faces), but they all look about the same to me. I find older males are much wider in the chest.
  3. Can anyone confirm this to be a female Belem? Doesn't have as many bars as my Rotkeils. Please and thanks.
  4. Hi folks, New to the site, not to the hobby. Currently trying to breed Crenicichla compressiceps (been 2 years, can't get any pairings going. about to give up). Also have a severum pair (wild caught rotkeils) with some bristlenoses and a rotating stock of dithers.
