I was given a 72 gallon tank that was sitting for 6 months and was not cleaned .There is calcium build up on most of the tank . What is best to use to clean this . any good suggestions? mikie

should I put in a few fish in the tank to speed things up

I am setting up my 180 and I was wondering how long it takes to go through the ammonia cycle. does it take longer on a big tank. I am using some water from my small tank.
