Want to thank everyone that helped me out with plants. Tank is a complete mess of what seems to be living plants. So far, I have had virtually no melting and have not lost a single cutting/plant that I received. I will try to post a pic soon. So I decided to start up a planted tank. Been lurking here for a while. Been reading lots and seeing how other people are doing things. Going to start really basic really easy plants. Because its a small tank and I have lots of leftover sand. Will be doing a dirted tank. Will post some pics and stuff when i get it up and running in the next few days hopefully. Wont have many plants to start. Having a hard time justifying $15 a tiny plant from the stores. So trying to find some people local who are selling cheap. If I come across any I will let you guys know. I live in Airdire work in NE Calgary. Anyways.. hopefully some pics coming soon.

Hello from Calgary.. Well actually Airdrie, but I am in Calgary enough. I am new to the world of aquariums. Just starting out. I have a couple Black Mollys and will hopefully be starting up a planted tank by the end of the year.
