In one of my 10gallons I have some white geo systems fine substrate, but no matter how often i vacuum it it seems to be turning green. I have the exact same substrate in with my Africans and don't have this problem. Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it?

I was just wondering if you have to use PVC or if ABS can used. It doesn't really matter as I work for a plumbing wholesaler. I was just curious.

Anyone have any ideas on how to keep my tire track eel out of my bio wheel filter. The guy managed to climb up where the water comes out of the filter past the bio wheel. I don't want him to do it again and get hurt. Any ideas? I need something that won't stop the bio wheel from turning.

I think my female red zebra is holding, but I'm not sure. How do I tell? Also, how till I should move her into another tank? Please help!!!

the pic for 4 isn't very good. it is actaully a pinkish white with red eyes. Different from my other red zebras.
