Got two tanks here I can have ready in two days. - LOL Get me more dwarfs, I'll be the first there. Just cause I know you want it, another picture. Tell me can you find the green seahorse in the acroalgae? Paul
  3. This is the last of the good photos I have for now - more to follow?
  4. The proud Dad. The two white lines under the horse are fry - they were about 2mm long. Unfortnately this batch didn't survive.
  5. There are three horses in this photo. These little guys are superb camoflage artists. See if you can find them both.
  6. Another group. The colour variants are quite neat. When I first brought these guys home they were all white except three that were reddish brown. In this group there is one reddish brown one greenish brown one greenish yellow Sorry the flash kindof washes out the colours will try again later for better pics. Another size scale for people - these horses are hitch to some sawleaf carlupa.
  7. Here's another partial group shot. For size reference the pink blur in the foreground is a patch of coraline growth on the glass that measures 5mm in diameter.
  8. This girl is about 1 1/4" tip to tip.
  9. Here's something I know a few of you have been waiting to see. Pics not the best as I havent got macro photography mastered yet. Keep in mind the largest of these little guys is roughly 2" from top of head to tip of tail. And before anyones asks these are not for sale and there is already a waiting list should they successful breed.
  10. And this ones for you RD Medium size Hairy Mushrooms eating NLS Marine formula pellets.
  11. 8" Snowflake sleeping in rock with tail stuck out
  12. 8" Snowflake Moray Eel 18" Ghost White Snake Moray Eel Poking out from under a rock to check it out.
  13. Just some pics of my SW redator tank. 4" Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish
  14. you'll need to enlarge this one but for comparison sake. one lion with a 3" rusty pygmy angel
  15. One lion hiding in the macro algea
  16. Some pics: Both Lion hiding on a rock with macro algea.
  17. yah - Albert told me. Going on the assumption that they are for now.
  18. Yes same batch, you got yours from Golds didnt ya? Just remember if you want to keep more than one lion or something big like a nigger you will most likely need more than a 72 gal tank. These lions will reach roughly 15" long with a 18" wingspan. Paul
  19. The only bowfront I have seen bigger than the 72 gal is that 150 gal they used to have at piesces.
  20. Nice choice. Thats what I have my reef setup in. 72 bowfront I have a 77 Gal with 33 Gal sump set aside for one of these little guys, the other with be traded off for something. Did you pick up one or two of them. Just wondering cause when I bought mine there was four of the little guys, put when I came back to pick them up, they were the only two left. Paul
  21. Nice pics Michael. Got me a pair of those little guys aswell, mind you I've only managed to get them to eat Mysis shrimp so far. Not gonna try any little guppies (LOL). what size tank you moving yours into?
  22. Hello, I agree you cant put any triggers or lionfish in a 20G (you need minimum 80 Gals for most lions) remember the tiny ones Michael Roth and I bought may look great and small now but they will grow to around 15 inches long with a wingspan of around 18 inches (no 20G can hold that). Sounds like you will need to drain one of your tankbusters home if you want to keep those kind of saltwater fish. Also you can put a trigger with a lionfish in something over 100G but remember the lion's venomous and the trigger may harass the lion into a permanent hunger strick.(you may also get lucky and find two that co-exist) Lions are reef safe (as they wont eat your corals) but will eat all small fish and shrimp and anything else that moves and fits in their mouths. Triggers will nip at corals and possible other reef inhabitants. Paul.
  23. Know a couple of people running 100G tanks with only a pairof AC500, no hugeclarity issues but the bio loads arent that great. I personnally have a 77G with two AC500s and 18 really messing Malawi cichlids but never have I had an issue with water clarity or poor water parameters but bare in mind the filters get cleaned every 2nd week alternating. Shouldnt be a problem for the AC500 to handle a 90G just be diligent with your cleaning routine. IMO Paul
