cichlidkid Posted November 17, 2004 Report Share Posted November 17, 2004 Ok I have no Idea what is happening to my green terror. 4 days ago je got his lip torn up. Yesterday I started to notice redish brown splotches around his mouth mostly to the bottom. It has gotten worse and there is lots of splotches (about 50percent coverage) immediately around his mouth. There is also a couple all the way down to his chin and on his gill. Please help I don’t know what it is. The ammonia and nitrate and nitrites are normal. But it looks like a parasite or infection please help I will post pics when I can. He is not in a tank by himself but he isn’t being beaten. He may also be suffering from internal damage. If you can not put him in his own tank, he may be lost. A quiet place of his own is the best solutation. Clean water, rest, and recouperation.
