bosshog Posted April 2, 2007 Report Share Posted April 2, 2007 I have well water. It has some iron in it, and is fine for human consumption. I use it for the kids GF and Koi with no problems. I have an RO system I use for my cichlids. I haven't tried straight well water for the cichlids, I'm sure it would be fine, I just don't want to deal with the iron staining.
