That aside conjoined twins what ever you want to cal em are not likely to survive as mentioned in the aquarium. Either let time pass and see what happens or cull em and have thier pains etc over. When I used to have livebearers I would get the occasional fry that were conjoined at the stomach or had 2 heads. They didn't live too long. Normally, they won't live for more than a day or 2. If they do survive, they are often weak and prone to disease. If you leave them be, they may survive and be fine.
