Blue Ram
I have set up a 90 gal tank in an upper floor of my house (not filled yet). It is sitting on a cabinet style stand. It is tipped forward approx. 3/8ths of an inch. What is the best way to level it?? I previously had a 50 gal sitting here and had it on styrofoam and it did not level it. I'm assuming you would level it from the very bottom ie. the base of the stand??
happeboy
I would level from the bottom, you can get shims from rona or Home Dep or if you are more certain of the 3/8th you could get a peace/strip of plywood to run along the floor. I had a similar problem when I set up on carpet but found that if I move the tank out form the wall a bit the tank leveled out, I believe it was because of the strips used by the walls to keep the carpet down.
