sharuq1
I was cleaning out the fluval fx5 today and I lost part of the lid fastener; one of the little orange things that keeps the bolt from sliding/moving around on the lid fastener thingie. Anyone know where I could get one? (You know how the bolts screw into the lid? It is that little orange piece on the underside of each one). Northranger
You could email an LFS to see if they have the part. (Picies in Calgary has a large part selection and will order in darn near everything, I think Gold's has that rep too, don't have info about the others in Calgary). Alternatively there may be on-line sources but you'll need the part number. Check for the part number in your manual or go on-line and check a downloadable manual to get the info...will get you a reply much quicker. Vallisneria
Email the company. I've had great success in the past when i've emailed companies in of a part. They usually send it out free of charge.
