Neons, rasboras, guppies, swords,dwarf honey gouramis, neon blue rainbows, american flag fish, bamboo shrimp, cories, zebra loaches, and bn plecos. If anything the smaller fish chase him/her (IT) around. They might be able to suck in a small fish but for the most part all they can do is bump the other fish. rED O Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 My two are in my tank with my jewels, jacks, and severums and no problems there. i have seen it done for with more agressive new worlds like dempseys.its a hit and miss almost. parrots are not good fighter so it also is about the temperment of the other fish, you never know might work. cyndrine Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 have mine in with guppies, ropefish, placo, knifefish snails and minnows. it is a fairly large tank but she is happy with her hiding spot and doesn't bug the other fish and they leave fer alone.
